Note in many of the following catalog pages there is a suggestion that the image is full size. All images have been scanned in and the size that is available here may or may not have a close relation to the actual saw teeth.

Full Catalogs as PDFs

I have placed the full PDFs of the catalogs that I extracted pages from. I obtained these catalogs from the Internet Archive. many times there many false leads,(Chet Atkins works come to mind).

The pages are JPGs which are single pages and load quickly. The PDFs have to be fully loaded before a program that can process a PDF files can render them. However in the PDF files there is more data that the small amount that I decided would be useful here. Many times the full significance of what each individual page displays is best understood my reading the full catalog.

Items in this section are arraigned by approximate date of publication. Some of the documents are quite long so I indicated their length. Longer files may take too long to load and thus I have made an attempt to provide shorter versions.

The "Carolan Core" document contains much early hardware information and its publication date is mostly a guess.

The "Disston 1917 catalog" is quite complete and has extra back ground information.

The "Grimshaw" document contains much useful background information items about saws.
